007 - Up Ladder
“Get the fuck out of my way, Sir, I have important things to do!”……is what Zig wanted to say when he came up that ladder. The ship is far too small for everyone to navigate and we find ourselves in a common annoying situation. Compound that with the stress of being underway and a mechanic’s natural tendency to scream and beat his chest and you get a big situation out of a small one.
In all seriousness, what was the CO doing in the engine-room anyway? I bet if this didn’t occur he was going to sneak up on poor Engine Room Forward writing an email to his fiance he met 1 month ago. I know this is the part of the write-up where we sound reasonable but I cant do it. Go back to your stateroom, sir.
