Frequently Asked Questions
When can I expect my product to arrive?
Please allow 2 weeks from the purchase date for order fulfillment.
If you have bought a pre-ordered item. we will fulfill the order when all items purchased are ready to be shipped simultaneously. Pre-order items are specifically denoted in the item description for our products where it is applicable.
Unless you specifically request otherwise via email, we will not ship partial orders. Shipping partial orders may incur additional shipping and handling fees.
It's been 2 weeks since I purchased my item and it hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Send us an email at operations@thereactoriscritical.com. If your item was part of a pre-order and had other items, odds are we’re waiting for what you pre-ordered to arrive.
Can I refund a product?
We only issue refunds if you can prove the product issued to you was defective in some manner or if we have not shipped it out yet. Send us an email if you want to talk about it. If your product hasn't been shipped yet for whatever reason, we can issue a refund for that pretty easily.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere inside the U.S., to U.S. territories, and to APO/FPO/PSC boxes. We can also easily ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the U.K. If you need to get something shipped to somewhere outside of there, send us an email at operations@thereactoriscritical.com and we can work out something.
How do I fill out the shipping info to deployed ships?
Ships and submarines have FPO addresses. You choose the state field as “AP”, “AE”, or “AA”, as applicable. Set the City as “FPO”, and the ZIP is like normal.

What about shipping to a student at NNPTC?
Make sure you include the student’s class number in the second address line. Their mail room consistently rejects it and sends it back to us if it isn’t there.
I live in a U.S. territory, and it’s not showing up on the dropdown list when I try to make a purchase!
U.S. territories (such as Guam or American Samoa) are actually listed on the Country dropdown list, not the State list. We know, it’s weird.
How do you calculate your shipping?
We use a rough average based on USPS Priority Mail/First Class rates based on the weight of your item.
Why did I get charged Sales Tax?
We are registered in Washington State, and ship from Virginia, so orders in these state are subject to sales tax.
I want to order, but I'm PCSing or about to deploy!
We're all familiar with the transitional state of military life. No worries. If you're going to PCS, or have some reason that you need your order held, we will hold it for you without a storage fee. Send us an e-mail at operations@thereactoriscritical.com so we can make the arrangements, and when you do have a good shipping address again, please be prompt with letting us know when we can ship.
What are you doing with my information?
The Reactor Is Critical, LLC, is not collecting your information to sell to third parties. We are keeping records of sales and shipping for our records, and that's about it. We will only send you news and promotional emails if you explicitly request it during checkout or via the signup form on the homepage. We DO NOT and WILL NOT give that email list to anyone else.
Squarespace and PayPal have their own Privacy Policies for the use of transactions on their sites, please refer to them to see what they do with it.
Can I pay by check or money order?
No.
What if I want to sell your stuff in my ship's store or business?
