A long time ago, in a meme page far away, a boy dared to dream of a truck that sold delicious ice cream to the weary souls of the naval nuclear power program. No matter how much he dreamed, he feared- would this be the business decision that brought his business to an end? It was too big of a risk to take. And so he made a coin, a truth-test for the nuclear community to bear- would they be willing to pay for such a unique ice-cream experience, or did their support stop only at the (harassing) comments they made online?

This coin, the boy believed, would be the true test.
